“Trebbiano” comes from the Italian word “trebbiare”, meaning harvesting. It used to be the white wine that the farmers drunk while harvesting grain under the summer sun of a warm and flowering Abruzzo. We have tried to close into a bottle all these summer smells and colors, hoping to share with you the simplicity of a wonderful land.

Food and wine pairing:

Best if served at 12°C with starters, seafood, seasoned cheese accompanied by jams or honey.

Tasting notes:

Straw-yellow color; Aroma delicate with floral notes, peach scents; well-bodied, mineral, delicate and persistent. Well-bodied wine, mineral, delicate and persistent.

Winemaker’s notes:

After destemming, the must is left overnight to macerate on its own skins and then pressed and fermented at controlled temperature in small steel tanks, where the wine rests for about 6 months in the absence of oxygen to avoid oxidation; Short aging in bottle.
